Our Federally Regulated Investigation Practice Group consists of lawyers named to the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety’s National Roster of Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Investigators and lawyers who have experience working with federally regulated employers.

Our lawyers have experience conducting investigations specifically under the Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations, the Canada Labour Code, and the Canadian Human Rights Act, as well as other related legislation and regulations that may apply in federally regulated workplaces.
