The theme of the Conference is Modern Adjudication: Practical Tools and Techniques, and Tonie and Neelu spoke on Administrative Justice and Regulatory Investigations. Topics covered included a discussion of the regulatory context, the purpose of regulatory investigations, and general legal context around fairness in investigations.
