Sylvie Lang, SBP Lawyer based in our Calgary office, will be presenting at the Canadian Association for the Prevention of Discrimination and Harassment in Higher Education (CAPDHHE) Conference on October 13, 2023. The theme of this year’s conference is: The Long Road to Equity in Higher Education: Hope, Challenges, and Actions.

Sylvie will be speaking on a panel titled: “Navigating Difficult Issues in Investigations”. Topics include: the impact of AI; challenging complainants; high profile investigations; encountering setbacks during the investigation, and advancing equity throughout investigations.
