Conférence des arbitres du Québec

SBP Lawyer, Maryse Séguin, will be speaking at the Conférence des arbitres du Québec, an annual event aimed at informing Montreal workplace lawyers and arbitrators of legal developments applicable to their practice on Saturday, March 25th. Alongside her co-speaker and former law school professor, Michelle Flaherty, Ontario Arbitrator, Maryse will provide a common law perspective on the evolution of the law following the #MeToo movement and the challenges that remained. Her presentation is based on a paper written by Reut Amit in 2021, for which she conducted legal research.
