Taralee is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operational strategy, business systems, people and culture initiatives, and administrative infrastructure. Her deep institutional knowledge and demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives that support our lawyers, staff, and clients alike has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s internal systems, supporting growth, and maintaining the high standard of service and collaboration that defines our workplace.
Prior to joining Southern Law, Taralee was with the North Vancouver School District for 14 years, including nine years supporting the Superintendent of Schools. Taralee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
